Hero 9 unresponsive after recording video
[ New ]Hero 9 arrived today. Phone app pulled latest firmware and updated the camera. Hero bocomes unresponsive after recording with "Cinema" setting 4k/30fps/l+hl - power button and record buttons unresponsive, touch screen unresponsive. Only way to recover is to pull battery out.

[ New ]@mitkod8 - It sounds like the update may not have fully installed. Try doing a manual update on the firmware to see if that helps with these issues. Instructions for doing a manual update are at https://gopro.com/en/us/update/hero9-black.

[ New ]Jefft's resolution worked for me. I also did the update when I first got the Hero 9, and experienced the same thing, but I just did a manual update after reading this and it appears to have cleared up the issue.

[ New ]Thanks Jeff!!! This resolution worked for me! I had the same issue, and I also ran the update, and was having the same issue, but after running a manual update, I tested it out and seems to be working fine now.
