Hero 9 kein update möglich [ New ]

Hat jemand eine Lösung? Die App sagt mir, das ein Update vorhanden ist. Wenn ich auf updated gehe, passiert nichts. Nach ca 1 Minute kommt die Fehlermeldung das es nicht möglich sei und ich solle es später nochmal probieren.

Do a manual update by putting the update files on the micro SD card.

Manual Update
Note: Useful for updating or reinstalling camera software. 

1. Go to the Update page
2. Under "Other ways to update" at the base of the page, click "Update your camera manually."
3. Enter your Serial Number and other requested information, click Next Step.
4. Click "Download Update."
5. Click "Click here to download firmware."
6. Follow the steps on the screen for detailed instructions for your operating system

Beiboot funktioniert das Update über die App auch nicht. Ebenso funktioniert das manuelle Update über die Homepage auch nicht. Ich gebe meine Seriennummer ein und meine e-Mailadresse und dann passiert nichts mehr...

Hello, @fefixxx. If updating through the GoPro app doe snot work, try changing the Wi-Fi band on the camera to 2.4 GHz. To do this, swipe down then left on the rear screen, then tap Connections, then select the Wi-Fi band and set it to 2.4 GHz.

If this does not work, the steps under Manual Update at HERO9 Black - Software Update Instructions will guide you through a manual firmware update using your computer. 

When you try this again, make sure that you are on the correct camera page. Your camera serial number should be accepted as valid. Let us know how it goes and if there is any error message encountered on the update page. Thanks!

Vielen Dank, leider funktioniert es nicht mit 2,4 GHz. Ein manuelles Update über opera, Explorer oder Google chrome funktioniert ebenso nicht.

Ja, das Kästchen war immer grün umrandet.

Ich habe dann den Tipp bekommen, das Update im Inkognitomodus des Browsers zu machen und dies funktionierte dann👌👌
