It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that you make sure you input your wifi password into the your GO Pro and make sure the wireless connections are on. Make sure when you go in go pro plus under networks that you are connected to your wifi that you obviously have the WIFI password to

Got same problem on 2 mobiles: Samsung J4+ and Huawei P10lite.
No internet connection via wi-fi or mobile router.
Resets, claring soft and hard ware doesn't help...

Can you help us with the following information: Camera version, GoPro App version, phone OS version
It will also help if you can share a screen recording of the issue.
Hello, @minikramer. Which phone are you using and which OS is it running on? Do you have the latest version of the app installed? Is your camera updated to the latest firmware?
Does it matter which platform (Facebook, RTMP, etc) you are trying to stream on? Have you been able to live stream using the same device and network before? Do you get any error message?
These details will help us isolate the issue. We hope to hear back from you.

Won't stream to anything, get the same message that no wifi network is available
So we've opened a bug regarding this in the past weeks: - Live Streaming - after a connection loss, WiFi networks cannot be found anymore.
In the meantime - the camera Hero9 at least has had a firmware update and there's a new 7.3 coming up. The Dev Team working on this bug said that they didn't have the issue anymore after a factory reset of the camera. Maybe you could give this a try?
Also 7.3 is available as a beta to test.
