Hero 8 order status: in process

Oct 2, 2019 my brother in law and I pre ordered hero 8. He received an invoice 3 days ago and today he got the product.
I was wondering why my order status is in still process? I tried to chat the support but I waited for almost 5 hours but their is still no agent to help me.
Could somebody help me on this one?it's kinda disappointing. Thank you.

Same here dude, custom assistant is such useless
40 minute late from given time of service
I called 3 times in 6 days,iterally nothing happed
I am so pissed off right

I know, it’s really disappointing. My brother and law and I have the same address, why they just can’t deliver it together. Right?
I hope they could come up with a solution regarding to our concerns.

Ask them if your order exists or has been cancelled?
If it’s been cancelled, reorder
If not, sit tight

You need to be clear with them. I got stiffed on the preorder too, had it cancelled without notification, I was very angry and gave them a massive serve. However I reordered and received it today.
All I can say is be direct and keep it simple! Getting angry will just be a waste of energy on a company who rocks but use a **bleep**ty payment company ModusLink BV
