Hero 8 black not delivered - no update, no support - please help and advise!

My hero8 should have arrived 9 days ago, but I have had no update. The tracking number just states 'in transit' with UPS - I have called them and they said they have not got the package. They directed me to another courier who I called and they had no idea, just directed me back to UPS. I don't have the time to waste calling couriers who have no idea about my package. 


I have tried contacting GoPro about this, and no support or response. I am a PLUS member which I thought meant I had additional support. I purcahsed this camera for a special trip I have coming up and now I will not recieve it in time. 


The lack of support is becoming distressing and I am almost wanting to just cancel the order so I don't have to be worried anymore. 


Please can someone help or give an update - thank you all very much
