Hero 8 back screen not working [ New ]

my new Hero 8 screen doeas not work, i have updated twice and the screen still does not work. when i can get it to work it only works once or twice.

SanDisk Extreme SD card

the first manual update worked until i turned the camera off, the second one did not fix the issuse
