Hero 8 Reboots when accessing media

After the first shooting day, I was surprised when I tried to access the media from the GoPro itself and it just shuts down and reboots. This happens every time, even from the GoPro App and even after a factory reset directly on the GoPro.
Apparently, after reshooting a new video, it reboots as well. Is this common? Is this fixable? Here’s the link for the video with the issue.

Re: Hero 8 Reboots when accessing media

@perdigao87 - A couple of things to try here. First, check that the SD card you're using is compatible with your GoPro. You can see a list of recommended cards at https://gopro.com/help/articles/block/microSD-Card-Considerations. An incompatible card can cause some errors as the camera's operating system can't connect with it, and could power down the camera.

Second, please make sure that your firmware is up to date. It's possible that the current version did not install fully. We recommend doing a manual update. Instructions for doing a manual update are at https://gopro.com/en/us/update/hero8-black.

Those steps should take care of this for you, but if they don't, please reach out to our team at https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs and we'll do some additional troubleshooting with you.
