My hero 7 silver suddenly switched to the start up screen during filming. The start up screen with the go pro logo and progress bar. The start up keeps going, but the camera does not start up. I have tried to rest the camera by pushing the mode button for 10 seconds but that does not do anything. To me it seem a software problem. Have you got any suggestions how to solve this?

Hello @serged76. Try to reset the camera by holding the MODE button at the side of the camera for 10 seconds.
Make sure that a recommended SD card is used for your camera. Also, try removing the SD card to further isolate the issue.
Reinstalling the firmware update of the camera can also help correct any errors with the current software installation. Using an SD card adapter, connect your microSD card to your computer and follow the Manual Update instructions specified in this article: https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/How-to-Update-GoPro-Cameras/ta-p/394229
