Hero 7 silver Will not connect to app

Wouldnt connect to app after a long ride today. I followed every step in your help section. I did a factory reset and it will find the camera but will not connect. Earlier today it would even let me into the wireless connections, I was trying to change it to 2.4ghz like help recommended and it kept saying "wifi not ready try again later". I've tried everything I could find as a possible solution, not sure where to go from here.

Perform a factory reset on the camera. Once it powers back on, remove the battery and wait a few minutes, then reinsert the battery once more and power it back on. Go through the pairing process once more, and the camera will pair just fine.

Ok so if you read my post I have already done the factory reset, I've tried everything on your help boards. Also the hero 7 does not have a removable battery so that's not great help. And now my battery is randomly dying.

When you say everything you you already tried updating your camera manually? @rapidbeach27181,
