Things that I now have.
- hero 7 one: does not charge my battery anymore, contacted support and after a while they decided to replace it.
-heto 7 two: constantly freezes when turned off, everytime the device is very hot, dpes not turn on anymore and drains the battery in an hour or two. Will contact support again for this camera to.
Then they bring out a new firmware, hopibg that it silves all the issues mentioned on this forum. Result none of them has been solved, just a few things that nobody has.
At the moment I still have also a heto 6 black which is much more stable but with less good image quality.
If it keeps on going like this I think I will give it a try with the dji osmo action, that should have about the same ilage quality like the hero 7.
I'm a gopro fan and user for years but now this seems to end for me.
I do not undersrand that this is just keeps on going like this.

From what I read: and told on this thread that you mention you posted your previous issues:
H7B camera 1.does not charge your battery anymore. And was replaced by GoPro.
H7B camera 2 Freezes.
H7B1 Is this camera working 100% or is it the H7B camera that replaced the H7B camera 1?

One hero 7 does not charge anymore, will be replaced. My second hero7 still freezes when powered off( does not turn on and drains battery), for this one I will contact them again to also get it replaced

thank you. at hte moment the H7B's are with issues. Lets see why H7B no. 1 not charging and work with that for now,
1 three usb type C cables all work fine all charge correctly on the H6B.
2. H6B battery t othe H7B no. 1 does that charge or not? what do you see when
A) usb plugged to computer is hte led red
B) when the camera turned on and usb says connected, on the front screen as well back any charging Icons?
C) may not help but will answer the question, removed battery and only the camera and external power source, does the camera Work?
If the camera does not charge the actual camera usb pin to the circuitry is damaged, do you remember forcing in,incorrectly plugging, or simply died?
if the powersource works then the Firmware loaded in or exxisting given out and that more or less can not be resolved by re-flash of firmware but of the main bios back at gopro.. So. if andwhen you contact gopro they wil want you to troubleshoot and I am sure they will ask or not. to do some tests. that you already had.
The camera is still under 1 year and two more months if bought in October of the release.
I think you will know what I will say on H7B camera 2. so rather confuse all I will work on one camera at a time. GoPro is "An Unstable Camera" been that way for many years. New firmware fixes it all, no it fixes the three issues they think are an issue if it fixed all then you should note the troubles on the firmware page then saying fixes bugs.
