Hero 7 black trade-up program shipping label from UPS not received[ New ]
I have recently placed an order, specifically on July 27, 2019, for a Hero Black 7 GroPro via the "trade-up" program. I have received all the emails from GoPro but not the email from UPS containing the shipping label to send my old camera to GoPro. I was wondering if it was possible for the shipping label email to be sent to me again, and if not, how should I go about getting the shipping label?

Trade-Up Camera potentially shipped to wrong address[ New ]
Thank you very much for your help, as luck would have it I received the shipping label only a couple of hours after contacting you. However, I now have a new problem. I brought the shipping label and my old camera to my local UPS store where the employee scanned the label and printed a receipt for me. I thought that all was well until recently, August 2nd to be exact when I checked the progress of my camera to make sure that it had reached the GoPro HQ. Upon tracking my camera, via the UPS website, I soon discovered that my camera was delivered to "March Air Reserve Base, Califonia". My question for you is whether or not this is the correct address or not since it seems to me that this is clearly not the correct address. Also, I would like to know, specifically, how we should go about fixing this.
