I can not believe you know this in the forum .. you do not have Gopro 7 Black? if you have and use it will see frozed up several times and you will surely find it without battery and warm although it should be completely stopped.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues, but you seem to be implying that this is an issue with all HERO7 Black cameras.
This may be happening to you and a few other's camera, but this is not on ALL HERO7 Black cameras. I, for example, have three HERO7 Black cameras. I do not have any issues with them. When you consider the total number of HERO7 Black cameras sold and being used worldwide, the number of legitimate issues reported is actually very low. Continue working with GoPro Support and they will get you sorted out.

also user that exchange they camera on warranty issue same ...
