I can't do it as the contact us, meant to NOT used (as always writes "Customer Support is currently closed. Please check back during regular business hours." just when the form filled, not before that) It's clear that gopro do not really want to support, that contact us is just there because it's mandatory.

I have the same issue. All peripheral battery draining options are turned off and yet battery randomly drains to 0%. Been happening for 6 months. Difficult to get any customer support. Gopro must be going down the toilet.
