Hero 7 black battery issues

Very disappointed

 

hello how can i return this product? I charged my camera for 4 hours and 30mins but it charge only 80%, I started to recording for 3mins to see how it works, but the battery drained 15% already for that couple mins. How can i make recording or making video longer if the battery  drained too fast. And it heating too much, im worried what if this hero 7 explode?how you guys guarantee this product is safe to use? 

 

You guys make good marketing to looks your products great but This is waste of money.

 

i would like return this product for my safety

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your Hero7 Black camera.

If you purchase the camera from a retailer, you may want to check back with them.

However, if you bought the camera directly from the GoPro website then you will have to contact the support team via chat or phone: https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs

They will be able to assist you with the return.
