Hero 7 White Battery
[ New ]
What is the battery life on the Hero7 White? Also, since it is not a removable battery, do I have to stop shooting and recharge it constantly throughout the day?

Re: Hero 7 White Battery
[ New ]@jimd18537, the table below indicates the approximate continuous recording time (minutes) you can expect when shooting various video modes using a fully-charged battery.
Note: This is based on GoPro engineering testing with Wi-Fi and Voice Control Off and in optimal conditions. Actual performance may vary based on settings, environmental conditions and other factors. Maximum battery capacity will normally decrease with time and use.
Once the camera's battery is drained, you will have to charge it again using a recommended charger.
If you opt to have the camera continuously charged for extended recording, some users let the camera powered from an external power source (5V 2A recommended for HERO7 White) via USB-C cable. However, please note that since the HERO7 White camera has a built-in battery, continuously charging the camera for extended hours may cause it to overheat and at some point, cause a potential damage to the battery.
