Hero 7 Silver actualización fallida. No anda!!

estaba realizando al actualización del equipo que recién terminaba de adquirir cuando se reinició solo. Ahora al encenderlo solo aparece el logotipo de la marca y se apaga lanzando un destello azul. Si enchufo el equipo a la corriente o mediante cable usb no tira ningún tipo de señal de estar tomando carga. Necesito una solución, la compre para tomar fotos en mis vacaciones, estoy acá y en lugar de disfrutar estoy lidiando con su pésimo servicio de post venta.

Sorry to hear about the trouble with the camera, @cooldusk67083. If you have not done it yet, try re-flashing the camera firmware following the steps below: 

  1. Go to the Update page and choose your HERO7 camera.
  2. Under "Other ways to update" at the base of the page, click "Update your camera manually."
  3. Enter your Serial Number and other requested information, click Next Step.
  4. Click "Download Update."
  5. Click "Click here to download firmware."
  6. Follow the steps on the screen for detailed instructions for your operating system.

Make sure that the camera is charged to at least 50% and that the SD card is formatted prior to the update process. Let us know how it goes.

Hice la actualización a través de un ordenador. El problema se nota que no es de actualización sino que parece ser un fallo interno de la cámara, en especial de la batería ya que no enciende ningún tipo de luz al enchufarla a la corriente ni al ordenador y cuando intenta encender no logra “tomar fuerza” e iniciar el sistema. Estoy desilusionado, necesitaría saber los mecanismos para generar la devolución del producto por no cumplir con el objetivo que fue comprado.

When you contact Support at https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs , please have camera information ready, as well as proof of purchase so you can get assisted as quickly as possible. You may reach the team by phone or chat.
