EIS works by using sensors to measure any vibration and shakes in the camera. A "hole" is cut out of the sensor image to produce the final image. As the sensors measure a judder on the camera this hole is moved across the sensor image so that the final image appears more stable. When the camera judders whilst the shutter is open objects will track accross the image giving motion blur rather than a sharp image. When you look at the lights this motion blur is most obvious as they are the britest part of the image.
You'll notice that the most of the shock happens when your foot falls as you move into the next step and the shock is transfered up your leg, body, through your arm and into the stick.
You said that you were gripping the stick tight - this means that your muscles are tensed up and less able to flex and roll with the impact and therefore are probably transfering more of the shock to the cstick and the camera than if you tried for a looser grip where your muscles are more relaxed and can flex ond give in response to the judders.
How big is the stick and are you holding it upright or at an angle? if you hold it at 45 degrees and have a bit of length to it inertia might also help to dampen toe judders as the camera wouldn't be coming to a sudden halt and reversal, if you know what I mean.

My video quality is not good what settings do you use?

The video quality is appears to be fine, I was able to play it on YouTube, 1440p60.
Is this the same quality you played it initially on YouTube?
Do you still remember the settings used?
Also what application did you use to edit the file?

Thanks for your reply, I played it at 1080p 60fps on Y/T and that was the settings I record it in all other settings was in auto. Protune were off. I use PowerDirector 16 to edit it.

Took me a good long time to figure out what to do and not to do. I use 2.7Kl60 Linear protune off everytihning else defaulted beeps off brightness 50%, screen saver to never. and my results.
What I see is that the spot shows the EIS working are you running. and how much of you of the arm moving.. How is a naturalwalk for you?
