Several Problems with this order.
One, the account I created on GoPro.com does not show my personal information such as my name and address that was entered when I created the account.
Two, the user name is that of someone else, not mine.
Three, the order still has not received the UPS shipping label, and yes, I checked my spam folder.
Four, I live in Florida, (United States) and the Florida State Sales Tax Rate is 6%. I was charged 9.4% sale tax by GoPro. The Florida Deparment of Revenue makes it a violation of law for a Florida Tax Certificate holder to collect more than the current state sales tax rate. If GoPro does not have a Florida Department of Revenue Sales Tax Resale Certificate, then it is a violation of law for GoPro to collect any sales tax.
I have contacted GoPro Customer Support (yes, someone who speaks English as a second language, very difficult to understand), but was told that GoPro utilizes whatever sales tax rate your computer system imposes and it can not be changed. They obviously do not understand the error here on the part of GoPro.
Five, my GoPro Plus account has been deleted. How do I trust GoPro going forward that my warranty will be honored when and if it comes time for a claim ?
So my important questions are: How do I get GoPro to refund the excessive sales tax rate they collected from me ? -AND- How do I get GoPro to send me a shipping label so I can send it the camera pursuant to the special offer ?
How about a return telephone call from someone in Customer Suipport Management who can address these issues ? I have already spent too much time trying to deal with Customer Service Support on these issues.
This is crazy stupid stuff to deal with when simply trying to buy a GoPro from GoPro.com.

Please reach out to our Support Team regarding the shipping label and the sales tax.
For the username, a nickname is assigned when you create your account at GoPro.com. You can change the nickname once/hour.
To do that, go to GoPro.com and login. Under your name at the top of the page is a drop-down menu. In that menu, select "Settings". From there, you should see your account info, and be able to change your nickname, if you haven't changed it already.

Support Team shows no assistance. Spent way too much time on chat waiting for a reply to each post, like the chat representative is helping ten customers at the same time. My time is not free.
Support Team claims that GoPro can not change sales tax collected, even if it is in error.
I can not find GoPro's sales and use tax certificate from the Florida Department of Revenue under Vendor Authorized Sales Tax list.
Maybe a complaint to Florida Department of Revenue will start a State sponsored investigation, as the complaint is not the error, but the refusal to correct the error.
Really now, how ridicilous does this all sound coming from an online customer.

GoPro Hero 7 Black purchase made on 06-24-2019, Paid In Full.
Still don't have the UPS shipping label.
Worked with Customer Support Team, Chat Representative, Telephone Representative, and even your reply indicates they are still working on sending out the UPS shipping label.
This process is automated with UPS, so delay in sending out an email with a UPS shipping label really seems unreasonable.
Can you tell me the status of GoPro sending out the UPS shipping label ?
