Hero 7 Black- Recorded Video footage has bad interference but image when not recording is ok

Hello

Got a new Hero 7 Black for my brithday.

The images through the screen and phone look fine but when I press record the video footage is full of noise every time.

We have tried 2 different SD Cards and the firmware is up to date V1.7.

The current SD card is Scandisk Extreme 64GB V30 U3.

Please try running  a manual update on your camera. https://gopro.com/update/hero7-black

Once done, please reset your camera to its factory settings. 

Then format your SD card on the camera.

 

 

Also, please test other modes/ resolution to see if the same happens.

Once done, please reset your camera to its factory settings. 

Then format your SD card on the camera.

 

 

Also, please test other modes/ resolution to see if the same happens.
