I have a new GP 7 Black and I'm unable to get an "okay" low light performance.
The videos I get in low light are so blurry and unfocused, just useless.
It's updated to the last firmware, and I'm using 50hz, does anyone know what could be the source of it?
Here's an example:

so you never changed off factory settings?
this is 2.7K@60FPS Linear, Auto, Hypersmooth on, edited to 24P the focus of jitterness is there .

I see nothing unusual at this video, this is quality of this camera at the dark. Limitation of chip/lens. Some other devices like my Asus Zenfone 3 in 4k recording worst ;). Lens it is not an eye. Use some gimbal, hypersmooth OFF and you will get better effect.

it doesn't look good and it should'nt be like that.
I was speaking to the support now and we did a Manual update which might solve it.
If not they will replace my camera.

Those are "courtesy replacements" to keep the emotions positive.
But, you still have to set the camera for the use.
And use it within its limitations.
Try some action shooting...there it excels!
Again, if used correctly.
