I just got the Hero 7 black and if the camera is mounted upside down (Before I start the stream) the live stream video on Facebook and Youtube is streaming upside down. Just recording video works fine.
I have orientation set to auto, but I also tried it locked as upside down and both give the same result.
Is there a setting I am missing? Everything looks right on the camera while broadcasting, but it is doing the same thing on both youtube and facebook.

I'm running into the same issue.
If I livestream to FB, it inverts the image if the camera is upside down. My camera is mounted on the rollbar, hanging down.
It looks fine on the camera when you rotate the camera between up and down, but the streamed image on Facebook is 180 degrees off if you hold the camera upside down.
All the landscape lock settings up or down) seem to do is control the display settings on the camera and how they are oriented when you access them. The camera itself, as far as I can tell, does not have the ability to lock the image upside down. It just auto rotates right side up regardless of the camera orientation.
Has anyone come up with a solution for this yet?

Yeah really? One of, if not the most expensive POV camera available to consumers and this is your customer service?
Knock knock..Who's there? China..China who? China who have very similar products for far less money justifying their lower support levels... When I pay a premium it is because I expect a better product and support.
Looking around several forums, this seems to be an issue yet it hasn't even been acknowledged by gopro yet?

I am having exactly the same issue. I updated my GoPro to version 1.7, but it didn't help.
I attach my camera to this neck mount when I stream.
I bought a GoPro Hero7 only because it has a live streaming feature. Please solve the issue as possbile as you can.
