Hero 7 Black Isn't Detected
[ New ]Hello. I have a Hero 7. Whenever I plug it into my computer and turn the camera on, the software doesn't seem to detect the camera and the "Import Files" prompt doesn't appear. I've tried several different USB plugs, and the camera itself has a picture of a USB plug that says "USB CONNECTED." Am I missing something here? Thanks.

Re: Hero 7 Black Isn't Detected
[ New ]Hi @gabriela577
If you haven't yet, please go over the steps on Camera is Not Recognized on Quik for desktop - Windows
You can also try this: go to Device Manager> Find GoPro> Select "Disable" then "Enable".
If it's still the same, using an SD card adapter/reader should work.
Thanks!
Ej
