Hero 7 Battery/customer service issue/ change mode in water/ refurbished

Hi, 

 

I bought a defective gopro, after I tested it to the company specifications they agreed to replace it.

 

They replaced it with a gopro that has been 'tested' however it clearly looks as though it is a refurbished gopro. I don't see how it can get the use marks from just being taken out and tested.

 

The customer service has been horrible as well, no communication about sending the gopro, any updates on the progress, not sending me critial information on how to send back. 

 

I've used it in water and it also switches modes so you can't take a continuous video without it changing.

 

Really horrible experience so far and missed out on capturing a lot of experiences because of the process.

Are you locking the rear LCD when using the camera in water? If not, you need to do this or the LCD will interpret water drops as touches on the screen.
