I bought a brand new GoPro Black 7 and six batteries. I used it for about 45 minutes, and attempted to remove the battery replace it with a fresh one. The plastic tab broke off of the battery. I had to use a sharp small hook to get it out. I used my GoPro on a kayak excurison for last two days, and the tabs on all but one of the batteries broke off. It was the first-time use of all of them, and I did it personally with as much care as possible, such as pulling gently and exactly perpendicular to the route of travel to reduce stress on the tab. On one of my batteries, that I tried to gently pry out, the top metallic endseal of the battery broke off. How do I get replacements and is GoPro going to fix this?

I can understand one but not all breaking Pulling straight up with minimal force?
Gopro hero 9 we love to see a spring load bat with a lock button no more tabs. Like a sony camera? Cost just went up....

Seems to me that simply, the unti gets hot, and the batteries swell up and stick. They get so hot that the tab stretches very easily and it disconnects from the battery. I am sure that I am the only one in the Universe having this problem. All six batteries in the Universe were bought by me and no one else has ever even heard of this problem.
