Calling the number is a bit difficult. Is there other way that I’ll be assisted on this issue? Im thinking like a service center that will check the item and see whats next step?
I’m sorry for being too aggressive on this issue. i just badly need help on how we can do about it.

You may try the chat option instead.
Make sure to contact them during their hours of operation depending on the country selected.
If you are still having issues connecting, you may select US as the country.

I’ve tried that but its not supported in my area. I’m sorry, but it feels like no help has been provided. Is there an option to check the item or reach me out to have it fix or replaced?

Im getting a message that “chat is currently not available for you.” I’ve tried this several times and it doesnt work.
Is email will do with attachment? If yes, whats the email address?
