Also an agent said it would be shipped out and I'd get a confiermation email with tracking number, but I had to end the converstation before she could sent it. Guess what. No email and no gopro. See below past and look at the time. Again another 20 min wasted trying to get answeres.

Already followed up on this.
And I can confirm that the process was expedited.
You should receive an email if it's now being processed for shipping.
That's the only thing I can check.

@hurley73 Customer service generally is not helpful at all and tries to avoid you. Imagine that every time I ask for a manager/supervisor to talk (because the normal staff repeats the script) he’s always "away" and will contact me, which “mysteriously” he never does and always “forgets to get back to me”. For the record, I had 4 camera replacements and they never helped me really.
