I know that have a case number. But like I said before. I can only contact you by phone or chat. Before using email was a better option. If the operator could not solve problem, he mailed you later with a solution. Now you chat with somebody, if he does not know a solution, you must contact them later again. Next time that you contact the support you get another operator who does not know the history very well and still no solution. But I will contact you on monday and see what we will do with this. Contacted gopro again. Had to explain everything again. After that I had to send new footage which shows the problem after I did the update again. Sending them by mail is not possible, only by chat. Today tested the camera again. This is the result, what do you guys think? Check at 27 seconds in the slowed down video, you see a flippening of the image and then it gets shaky. Will contact gopr again by chat on monday to hopfully solve this problem.

Thank you for the update, @foggybeach8632. You may refer the team to this thread so they can see from here what you have done so far, as well as the sample videos that you posted. We'd love to hear back from you. Best regards!

It took a while, but today after contacting the support showing them the results after the update I had to return the hero 6 for a replacement device.
Hopefully this one will work fine.
Thanks gopro for the service

I will sure keep you updated about the the performance of the new replacement unit when I reveive it.
However, today I've done some tests with my 2nd hero 6 black ( big gopro fan and have multiple of them :-) )and in one shot, this camera had the same issue ( 1080p 100fps, after about 10 to 15 sec, a flash in the footage and then shaky :-( ). I made the footage inside my house ( went from light to dark area when it happened), so I will do it again in daylight this week.
Never noticed it on this one because did'nt used this one much on this framerate ( mostly the returned one was used on 100fps).
So 2 conclusions at the moment: is it a software problem? or is it an SD card problem? I always use the sandisk extreme V30 cards as told to use. I did a firmware update again but the result is the same.
Also have an hero 7 black with the same SD card in it. Will do the same test this week to see what will happen.
Think you guys need to do the same test to see what will happen.
