Hi Ej,

 

I did the manual update, the online method is confusing if you read the wording in red.

 

When I bought my camera, the specs said Class A memory card, which this is.

 

There was no problem with my camera's pictures before the update. The camera should also have some kind of RAM and then upload it to the memory card?

The camera does not have a RAM, the update should be saved on the SD card.

 

Some SD cards may work but for reliability, we recommend the ones listed on the link.

As suggested by Ej, I went and bought a new memory card. The 64Gb Sandisk Extreme as recommended on this link - https://gopro.com/help/articles/block/microSD-Card-Considerations

 

I still have the same problem with blurry pictures as before. It started after I have updated the camera.
