no need to add the shutter in. well if that did not clear or turn on then you may have to call or chat to gopro.com/contactus. I understand that the camera gave and gopro does not cover out of warranty faults I have a Hero 5 session and hte firmware needs reflashing by the factory not the sites to clear my issue of freezing and shutting down. even over heating. I know a long back mode only after 30 seconds the camera revives. so at least I can use mine till it completly gives.
