Hero 5 water leakage

Hello my hero5 was damaged thru water leak last March 30, 2018, we were informed that it was not covered with the warranty, anyway... Ms/Mr Chay offered me a discount on my next purchase if we return the damaged unit, we accepted it but did't reply back when asked on how to return it since I'm in the Philippines and how to avail the discount.  Please assist, and please see attachments of our conversation, I was having trouble last time contacting customer support, so I let my friend email you insteadd.  Hope to hear from you asap.  Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out. Sorry for the delayed response. I checked with Support team and found out that the discount order has already been initiated and instructions on how to claim it and return your water-damaged camera have been provided. Thank you for choosing GoPro!
