Hero 5 touchscreen

During a holiday in Spain I took my go pro into the sea with me (having double checking it is waterproof and all doors/hatches closed)

 

When I got back to the beach to review my footage, the touch screen began to show strange lines, it would also auto select options and settings, and now after two weeks I cannot use the touchscreen at all.  The device still powers on, and still records, but I cannot utilise the screen or additional settings.

The camera is still under its one year warrenty and I would like to know how I can get this fixed/replaced by go pro.  It was purchased from Go Pro's refurbished outlet store.
