Just came to investigate setting the time/date correctly on my Hero 5 Black after realising a recent shoot has been totally disorganised by the lack of correct dating on the files... Read a bunch of old forum posts with the latest replies from GoPro staff seemingly August 2018... And it seems now in Feb 2019 that this issue STILL hasn't been given any attention or care by GoPro?
Have to say, this is beyond pathetic for such an enormous company. A little bit in disbelief. Was recently considering buying a stack of new GoPros (currently using a bunch of various 4s and 5s) but if this company doesn't even care anough to implement such a vitally important function, I think I'll pass.
