Hero 5 leaked water LCD / no service no respond

I got a gift from my friend from Italy my Hero 5 (C 3161325035836) last year, when Hero 5 released first time. Normally I am not using more this device, last week during my swimming in the sea, I saw some water in front LCD and it did not work, but still camera was being worked. I checked everywhere, such as battery hole and charger place, there is not any water in it. After one day, I start again but in some minutes camera dead and did not work. I am living in turkey and I called distributor of GOPRO in Turkey (Marintek.com.tr). They informed me, we cannot support you, because you did not buy from us and have to talk with Italy. As I know and comparison with other brands, if you buy a product, there is a one year guarantee all over the world in official service centers. However, I shocked to hear these sentences. I am believing that leakage problem is coming from design and product, not from user. For that reason, I need your quick reaction about this matter.

Now, let me know how can I solve the problem, I got a well-known brand but services are not working same as their brand name.

thanks for your reply. I talked with your branch in Italy. and they ask me some photos. i sent them but there is not any reaction. my problem is that i need some one in Turkey to support gadget. i am comparing Gopro with other brands such as sumsung or Asus ....
