I received a Hero 5 Black as a birthday gift, I've read all the support postings and It just seems this product isn't good. I have had nothing but trouble with it.. It's getting hot.. the red lights come on and locks it up, it won't stay charged, it wont film long, etc. Yes I have the
recommended sim card....yes I formatted it (3 times).. yes I installed the latest updates... now what? I want a camera that works and now that I've spent money on mounting and other things I'm stuck with a product that wont work, I would really appreciate a reply from someone AT GOPRO and tell me what is being done to fix this thing/// PLEASE!
