Já fiz a atualização, os cartões que tenho são os indicados, porém a camera continua com problemas. Ela não conecta no celular, e se reinicia sozinha. Tenho tentado contato com o call center e pelo chat, mas não consigo. O que devo fazer?

The chat and phone option should work.
Please make sure that the network you are using allows calls to toll free numbers.
When initiating a chat session, try selecting US-English.
You should be able to get through.
