Yes, the action here will be you calling gopro to simply request a replacement. it really is easy to do why have you not a rma in hand?
I been there and done that and continued mytalks for 5 additional months to moved on of the problem of Audio I had.

Contact GoPro this is a forum where only we can talk about it Gopro team members here do not have the Autority or permission to go any further then keep things in order, tag a collegue, and get the information to providecontact and offer their suggestions. I want a new camer igo to their contact us page on the desktop or smartphone and call +1 888-635-3578 USA number during Pacific time and speak to a reperesetitive of gopro, otherwise nothing will get done here.
