I cannot connect GoPro 5 Session with my PC. I use app GoPro Quik. Previously it worked well. But now camera says "USB Connected" but no media appears on the PC, and Quik can't see the camera either. If I use a micro SD card adapter it works. I already reinstall app GoPro Quik for latest version 22.214.171.1245. But nothing has changed.
Any advice? Thanks in advance!

Hello @martins57265. Is Quik not detecting both photos and videos? If videos only, could it be that the video use a resolution that is not supported by your computer? Which OS is your computer running on? Make sure you have the latest OS version updated. Does the camera pair with a mobile device? Also see if the camera and the media in it will be detected using a different computer.
If this will still not work, re-flash firmware on the camera following the steps under manual update here https://gopro.com/help/articles/how_to/Software-Update-Instructions-for-HERO4-Session . Let us know how it goes.

Neither photos or videos... I have OS Win 10 the latest version update. In the different computer is the same problem. But in mobile device it is work. Eventually helped to format sd card, but it is unfortunately solution. I hope i can solve problem in the different way...

When you plug your camera are you getting Audio dings? Did you uninstall your usbin the USB controller off the device manager and restart to see if it comes back. and last important question on thecard in the misc is the serial no tehre as well on the camera screen?

Yes, audio dings are there, but the PC reports an empty card - picture in attachment (but I have 30 GB)
Yes, I uninstall the USB controller off the device manager according the manual, it did not help.
No, there was neither serial number nor the picture of the camera in the MISC.
