I have reset the camera. It works when I use the buttons, but will not sync up with my phone. When I try to connect the phone, I keep getting a message saying it can't connect and to check my wi-fi, even though I can see the preview through the app. I can only see a preview, though, all else is disabled, and I get a message on my phone telling me it can't connect with the camera. 

I simply want it to work. It's never really worked as promised - since day 1.

Try deleting the camera from the app and"forgetting" the wifi connection and then stating anew
