Hero 5 Session Problems [ New ]

Prezados,

A minha hero 5 session, trincou o vidro de fora a fora... ao fazer a troca, a mesma deixou de ser prova d'água. Teria alguma orientação, ou eu teria de fazer algo que nao fiz... essa informação procede(nao ser mais prova d'agua)...

It would be best to get in touch with our Support team at https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs so they can look into options for you. You may reach them by phone or chat. When you do, make sure that you have access to your camera, as well as the camera information. It would also help to prepare photos showing the damage. Best regards!
