Hero 5 Screen Blank

Hi, Pretty frustrated with my Hero 5 Black. 

The back screen is blank and wont turn on. I've done all Updates, I've done Manual Updates and nothing seems to help.

I cant do a factory re-set because I cant scroll through the menu. I Have the correct SD cards from the list and have tried 2 differnet ones. I've removed the battery a number of times. Still Nothing....

It started to go wrong when connected to my Karma Grip. Sometimes when its was connected o the grip it would say USB conected instead of letting me see the screen. The last time I plugged into the Grip it went blank and hasnt worked since.

Photo's still work. The camera still works. I just cant see or use the back screen.

Frustrated....
