Hero 5 Black

Cara, estou mega decepcionado! Recentemente mandei msg para vocês via inbox, pedindo algumas dicas de como filmar um parto, e infelizmente não obtive sucessos! (Mas compreendo a demanda.) Então resolvi, ir atrás de uma Gopro que pudesse me atendesse como sempre atendeu, desde a minha hero2, até pouco tempo eu tinha uma hero 4 e vendi para então pegar a 5! Então consegui a minha tão esperada HERO 5, já estava visando a mesma para fazer a filmagem do parto da minha filha no 25/03. Comprei a câmera, li todo manual de instruções corretamente, me atentei a todas as observações e segui corretamente TUDO! ontem finalmente consegui um tempo para testar minha nova belezinha! E aí, começou a decepção! Fui a praia com a família e fui testar a câmera, estava na beira da água. Não tinha 2 metros de profundidade! Comecei a gravar e não demorou 5 minutos e câmera desligou sozinha! Cara, havia entrado água na câmera, mesmo seguindo tudo o que o manual dizia! Como na caixa mesmo dizia que ela é aprova de água, como que entrou água nela? Investi caro como de costume no produto de vocês, as outras eu nunca tive problema e pra minha decepção eu tenho a minha primeira, faltando alguns dias para o nascimento da minha filha Helô. Um conhecido teve o mesmo problema coma hero 6. E eu pergunto a vocês, a gente compra câmera, tira altas fotos, compartilhamos as vezes até os momentos mais especiais para nós, e quando a gente precisa de algum tipo de assistência, a gente "fica na mão" a câmera é aprova d'água ou não? Infelizmente, tomei um prejuízo, não vou deixar de usar a marca, mas agora me vejo de mãos atadas, sem saber o que fazer! A poucos dias do meu grande esperado dia, não terei, como registrar pela lente do produtos de vocês, pq o equipamento qual eu adquiri deixou a desejar em um teste básico, proposto por vocês mesmo. Estarei tentando entrar em contato com a assistência, mas já sabendo o posicionamento da empresa! É bem triste!😕

So long as all camera doors are closed, the HERO5 Black is waterproof down to 10m (33ft) without a housing.

While water damage is not something we cover under warranty, we still want to look at what we can do to extend our help.

Eu segui corretamente todo o padrão da empresa aí adentrar na água. E mesmo com tudo certo, a câmera apresentou defeito. Minha filha nasce no dia 25/03 e ainda não consegui resolver a meu problema. E mais... Não irei conseguir filmar o parto da mesmo. E isso é o que mais me deixa indignado!
