Over the past 4 months I have had significant issues with my GoPro Hero 5 Black. I have made multiple attempts from formatting my SD card, resetting my wireless connections, factory resetting the camera and even factory resetting my iPhone and attempting to gain access to my GoPro on other's phones. To no luck I still cannot find a way for my GoPro to connect. I have seen that this has been a consistent issue with the GoPro. I just tried to update the firmware manually as my GoPro has recently stopped updating or showing up on my computer when i plug it in. My saving grace is that I can get my photos and videos from my SD card. I am very disappointed with the user experience in this camera and I had such high hopes for it. WIth the money I invested into this camera I would have thought it would last me more than a year. If anyone has any ideas or if GoPro Support can provide me feedback it would be apprecited. I was hoping to use my camera tomorow when I go fly and next weekend on my snowboard trip.
