Please excuse the typos, writing on my mobile phone and auto correct changed a few words around, but I think the message comes across.
No worries. Was understandable. I believe I well adressed my purpose and the reasons for the suggestions on occassion along with I have no issues with GoPro at all, but quite the contrary. I want GoPro to work for me as I've stated clearly. I need this type of camera with "branding" to further the newest adventures I'm traveling down. We (you and I) want the same things and although for different uses our help to the community is similar, just from different perspectives. :-)

I had the same problem.
ScanDisk SD card 32GB, recommended by GoPro.
Somehow it started working after I renamed the card: No Name
@boldcreek13325 can you confirm if this is still working for you and did you off-load media via cable or removing the card? I suggested our OP in Pittsburgh of your experience and when he renamed the card as stated it worked for one video. After off-loading the video via removing the card and then re-inserting the card again, the same SD Card Error. He then renamed the card again and it still did not work. Perhaps you did something different?

Just ordered a Lexar 1000x card and was able to record for 95 minutes at 1080p/30fps before the battery ran out. I'm returning the Sandisk and ordering a Lexar 633x card and see if that works and keep them both. No time to waste on crappy cards or crappy cameras (don't care who's at fault, but as long as another brand works, I'll keep the camera). Disappointed with the lack of support though from GoPro and I will certainly be wary of recommending them to anyone. 21 pages of issues and not a single response from them says a lot of their support.
