Dear Team support,
I bought Go Pro Hero 5 Black since july of 2017 , and on May 2018 , I got program with LCD screen it not working so I went to claimed with Gopro in Thailand , since got the new on May 2018 , I didn't use it at all utill Apr 2019 i started using it only one time and second time. I got the same problem. I took care of it very well , never fall down and never put in the water , just took photo and Video.
So, I have some questions about this slution.even my warranty it alreay expired, but I feel like problem it comes from your product and it not my fault at all. So what Go Pro team will help me in this case ?

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Reinstalling the firmware update of the camera can help correct any errors with the current software installation. Follow the manual update instructions specified on this article: Software Update Instructions for HERO5 Black

Thank you for quick reply , as I have done with updated frimware by mamual now is 2.60 and it up to date already, but my display still drak and remain the same problem.
Please let me know what to do for the next step ,
I still keep purchase information , let me know if you need it.

GoPro screen gave and you used the replacement camera once or twice, call GoPro see what Options they can offer you. Firmware will not fix a ribbon cable that fell off or slipped, or will fix given out hardware.
GoPro's response will always be reflash firmware. call gopro. and see what @aenriquez will say on that?

I have done with you suggestion about update firmware since 2 week already but still no any reply from your side for the next step , Please kindly help me to find the way to solve this issue, Or you have any contact that we can talk with you directly ?
Coz i have been waiting for your reply already 2 weeks already .
