Well according to other posts their waiting on more effective responses from GoPro's support. I'm still awaiting a reply for my own ticket.
There are other forums discussing the issue only happening when they use different SD cards which is supported by my experience.
Hoping there is a solution but I would assume we will simply need to exchange it and I hope the location I purchased it with will accept my exchange.
What SD cards are you using for your GoPro 5?
