Hi there, loving my H5B so far. I fully charged it on first arrival and then did a number of small drain charge cycles, which Li batteries should like.
Yesterday, I did my first real video timelapse. I ran it at 4k with a 5sec interval and let it run to power off. Looks like it ran for just under 3 hours before powering down.
I popped out the SD card, plugged the Hero into the charger and left it. I came back maybe 2.5 hours later and was surprised to see the charging LEDs still on. I unplugged the Hero and they all stayed on still. Hmmm. A press of the mode button did nothing. It seemed like it was frozen in an "off but charging" state. I held the mode button down for maybe 10 seconds and it finally responded. I forget the exact sequence, but it did some beeping, and then was able to power up. Once on, it gave a low battery warning, indicated 0% battery, and powered itself off. WTH? I pulled the battery out, reinstalled, plugged back into the charger. The LEDs came on, then went off. I powered it back up and it now said 100% battery. Hmmm, better, but odd.
It seems fairly normal since then. I haven't done another full drain though. I read in another thread that while charging (camera off), only the front LED should be lit. Whenever I charge mine, all 3 LED's are solid lit, nothing on the display. Is this now normal with 1.57?

I tested this with my camera, and I get 3 lights when charging as well. As long as your camera is functioning properly now, I wouldn't worry about it.
