Stuck showing 1, video and battery. I held the top button and got it to photo mode and back to video now it's frozen again.
I tried resetting and it seems to boot right up into video mode and is frozen there. I tried removing the SD card in reboot and it booted saying SD full. Poor it back in and rebooted again and still frozen in movie mode.
Tried hooking to PC but it's not recognized. Tried hooking via USB and charge light does not come on. Hooked up, reset and same thing, no charge light, not detected by PC and straight into frozen video mode.
Top and menu buttons do nothing. It's sitting right now until the battery dies.
Not sure if it's related but I've been having problems with it taking 4-5 presses to turn on randomly. Never had a problem turning it off and it's been working fine for a week or so.

Possibly a SD card went bad, try a format in the PC then see how it goes. Not 100% familiar with the session 4 but does holding the bottom menu button for 10 secs not switch the session off?

If I hope the menu button it resets but starts right into video mode and won't do anything. Even if I hold the shutter button to take a photo it does nothing

Ok so I waited until the battery died then let it charge for a bit. I turned it on and it booted to PC mode and Quik said there was no media on it when there should have been my video from the ride in. I had to run to walmart so I grabbed another SanDisk 32GB SD card with a little USB reader. I took the card from my gopro and put it in the reader and all my files are there and it seems to work fine. It formatted fine so I reinstalled it in the gopro. The menu button worked fine and I could cycle through the menu. However the power buttin is now dead. No matter how I press it it will not turn on.
