my camera doesn't turn on or charge, external battery work properly!
I try to contact support by chat for weeks, but all the time chat "closed" and not available.
I'm from Israel, so as default I should use a European chat that supposes to be open right now,
Monday 11:00 AM Lisbon time.
Please help me, I want to use my camera again

You are right, @fishycomics but it should already display correctly, and direct customers to the correct department once their details are provided. Recently, we have been getting reports about issues with contacting Support but we are not able to gather specifics that will help identify what actually is going on. We are waiting for those experiencing the issue to post back. Thanks!
