Hero 4 Black buzzing sound then freezes up

I have removed the battery and even tried different batteries. Camera will start a buzzing sound then freezes up. Any advice

Hi @quickhero216 That is definitely an interesting issue that you have going on. I would recommend trying to manually update that camera. Here is the link to the HERO4 Update: https://gopro.com/update/hero4. 

Also make sure you are using a recommend SD Card: https://gopro.com/help/articles/Block/microSD-Card-Considerations. Keep in mind that updating will erase your contact so make sure that you back up your content. Let us know how it goes!
