the sound recording with my GoPro Hero4 Black is carried with a very strong "helicopter noise". Normaly, I use WiFi for control the camera. If I manual using without WiFi, this helicopter noise will continue to be heard but slightly minimized. Resetting and importing all current updates or connecting an external microphone has unfortunately not solved the problem.
I already tryed to writ you a mail and call you - in each case, I got no answere.
What I should do now?

Contacting your support team is a joke.
They have you jump through hoops while they try and find an excuse not to replace the camera.
If it is eligable, They will have you send the camera in. often 2-3-4 times.
and then you will end up with what you will concider to be "as good as it gets"
just open the camera, fix it yourself.
and remember how badly Gopro SUCKS.

They sent me a new one -- does the same thing, thats why their stock in in the toilet and they probably have lost the action cam market, the first support rep I mentioned the problem too said, we dont recomen using the gopro with Wifi ( but heres a hit load of wifi accs you can buy!)
Mine has been setting for 8 months useless

22 pages. and I will tell every random person I bump into on the street.
see soemone with a gopro, ask if they have checked the wifi.
See anyone looking at a gopro. advise against it.
See anyone with a Karma, I just appologise for their loss.
